Stein Kvorning og Sophie Bachet, international Koordinator for Blå Flag, har indgået et samarbejde om en International Blå Flag App.

Blue Flag, the largest voluntary eco-label for beaches and marinas, is present in 46 countries across Europe, South Africa, Morocco, Tunisia, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada and the Caribbean.

Den 9. november deltager Blå Flag i FLIDs havnemesse i Fredericia.

On the 28 September 2011, the Blue Flag International Jury has awarded the Blue Flag to a beach and a marina in Sint Maarten as well as 4 beaches in the US Virgin Islands for the first time.
