Bathingwater information

image

When you are visiting a Blue Flag beach you can be sure that the  bathing water is of high quality. At least 10 samples are collected from the bathing water throughout the summer, to continuously check for bacteria and algae. Of this reason a Blue Flag is a symbol of safe and clean bathing water.

Bathing Information
We analyze for E. coli. and I.E. according to the EU Bathing Water Directive and the International Blue Flag Coordination. At Blue Flag beaches, the current water quality will be posted on the bulletin board. If the quality of the water does not match the Blue Flag standards, the Blue Flag will be removed.
